First I need to thank my friend Suzanne (http://www.raisingsaints.blogspot.com/) for inspiring me to create this blog. This is a great way to share with out of town friends and family what is going on in our lives. Someone out there might be interested...
A little background: I am a stay at home mom to Darian, Sophia, Sebastian and Vibiana. Jason (my husband) and I are also active members of our parish, Sacred Heart in Lancaster, CA. Between my teaching NFP, Jason teaching RCIA, Darian being involved in Cub Scouts, Sophia attending dance classes, attempting to potty train Sebastian, watching Vibiana start to walk, and our other various parish ministries, we are in the beginning stages of diaconate formation (this means that, God willing, Jason will be ordained a deacon after five years of training.) We are a little busy, to say the least.
Right now everyone is home on Christmas break, so I am in the midst of pulling my hair out as I start this. We'll see how it goes!
